The last Sunday of the month &

August is almost over. I'm not exactly sure where it went. It's been crazy busy around here the last few weeks and with fall around the corner I hope to finish the fence I started back in Spring but It's been super hot and we've been super lazy because of it.

Thor has been an amazing motivator, motivating me to wake up extra early by jumping next to me in bed in the morning just to squeeze in a juicy kiss on my face and whine for me just to get up, I think it's cute sometimes especially because he has this thing he does where he uses his paws to paw his face like, look Ma I'm being super cute for you this morning. Makes me smile and get up. It's always the little things that count.

The puggle girls have been enjoying their morning walks more often than ever. It's been so pretty out in the morning and so unbearable in the afternoons even after 10 AM, so I'm thankful

my dog alarm clock goes off at 5 AM to get the morning freshness.

As for Mia, well she's my main Bitch. What else can I say? I love that loud Beagle with all my guts.

I had to share a Ms. Maples puppy photo since I haven't been keeping up with her this summer, look at the sweetness of her innocence.

You've got a friend in me

Friday was pretty hectic, with so much going on, the best thing is going out for some fresh air with my dog and I decided to take Thor out since he still needs training. While out on our walk we run into a little black kitten. Thor completely surprised me, I mean after his last incident I really thought it was going to take a lot of work for him to like or get along with cats, maybe he was just curious last time but it did land him some time in the crate for about 30 min.

Maybe he learned his lesson...

4th of July..

This is gonna be a wROughff wRoughff day ... for me at least.

Ever since two weeks ago my neighbors have been setting off fireworks making my furbabes go wild, Mia has been barking and howling nonstop at first I was like, whatever.. No need to tell my pets to be quite either when they're just going to keep setting them off, the way I see it is if they are going to set them off then it's OK for my dogs to bark and Mia's bark as I've mentioned before isn't pleasant, AT ALL. Although, I don't care to tell my dogs to be quite I still need to consider how they feel. Last night as I was working on the blog, fireworks went off making Mia and Malibu very uneasy I knew something was wrong when Malibu started whining at first I didn't think much until i checked on her and she was shaking of fear. It's still very early in the day and they seem to be doing good since hearing a few go off already, It's a fairly nice and cool day so I plan on taking them for a quick stroll. We're hoping that with a few of these tricks I could keep them calm ...

Otis & Ms. Maples

I don't think Otis has ever been able to keep up with Ms. Maples. Ms. Maples has always been the fast one, just like her beagle mother *Mia. This is a bizarre moment, Otis doesn't usually play and today he was captured on camera running and chasing Ms. Maples which makes me happy to see him act like a puppy again. I was getting a tad bit worried about him,but some alone time at the in laws is all he needed whereas for here at home he feels like he is fighting four other dogs for attention, poor thing when he gets shun on he becomes this grumpy ol' fart in the corner, on top of my dirty clothes. I miss this dude, glad he's having fun.

Help Save Lou

Help Save Lou: Introduction to saving Louis: Recently we learned that my best friend, my just turned 5 year old Puggle has a cancerous mass growing from his rectum....

This story is just so touching to me. If you are reading this most likely you are a dog lover yourself so you know first hand what it's like to be adored by your furry little friend, I've been so thankful to have found Lou on Instagram, we've been a fan for some time now and recently his human is having a hard time taking in the bad news, as I keep her and Lou in my prayers, I'm hoping you'll do the same. Vet bills are no walk in the park. It's NO JOKE!, they can and will empty out your account. If you own a furry lover then you know first hand that your furry buddy isn't JUST your friend, they're usually a part of your family. I share this story with you in hopes that maybe you could help raise money for the expensive vet bills that *Lindsey, Lou's human can't afford right now. Anything really helps and this is my attempt.. will you join?

Dear Otis,

This past week you were a tad bit annoying humping all the dogs. I understand your not the only one anymore, now I need you to fully understand that pug buddy.

Dear Mia,

Your bark is something else. When people said, "Those dogs are loud" I really had no idea until I brought you home, beagle.

Dear PUGGLES,

Humans underestimate your breed. You have more energy than most people would think.

I run with you and sometimes I feel like it's enough but other times you two are a BOMB not a ticking one but a full blown one. The destruction of the pillows has to stop!! The whole having back up of pillows in fear of ya'll destroying the ones being used has to come to an end. So lets work on that or soon you two will be on top of my *I'm gonna leave you on the weekend to have FUN LIST, bwuahahaha. Just kidding. I love you little creatures soOOO much! My weekends are made mostly for you...
